The Pirongia Community Association exists to represent the residents and ratepayers of Pirongia and its immediate surrounds. An independent organisation, they meet bi-monthly in the Chapel at the Pirongia Community Centre on Crozier Street.
Meetings are open to the public, but voting rights are reserved for financial members. There is an elected committee, currently chaired by Ruth Webb.
Waipa District Councillors also usually attend these meetings.
